Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Santa Maria Fairpark Foundation is comprised of all volunteers representing different business backgrounds and geographic areas. The Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday of each month at
5:30 p.m. at the Santa Maria Fairpark's Administration Building.
KATY DOCKSTADER
President
Katy was born and raised here on the Central Coast and has been an active member of 4-H and FFA with Cinco Campanas 4-H and Righetti FFA. She is married to Matt and a mom of three kids. She’s the owner of Sugar Bean Wreath Company. She is active with Nipomo Ag Friends and is a leader for Cinco Campanas 4-H through which her children currently show hogs at the Santa Barbara County Fair and are involved in several projects. Katy enjoys being active in and a service to the community.

KATHY ROBERTS
Director
Kathy and her husband Rocco raise commercial Angus cattle in Los Olivos. Kathy's Fair roots run deep. She showed in her youth, as did her two children and now her four grandchildren. Kathy is also the long-standing weigh master for the beef barn as well as an auction buyer. Kathy is a past Secretary for the Santa Barbara County Cattle Women's Association and was awarded "Cowbelle of the Year". She and her husband received the Directors Choice Award from the Fairpak in 2016.
KEN ANDERSEN
Treasurer
Ken is a 4th generation Santa Ynez Valley resident and owner of Nielsen's Building Materials in Solvang. Ken grew up showing at the Fair and is the Beef Leader for Lucky Clover 4-H. Ken is active in may business and volunteer organizations including Solvang Rotary, Danish Brotherhood, and others. He was honored for his commitment to bettering when selected as Santa Ynez Valley Man of the Year in 2015.
